Chapter 1: What are Tommy Dreamer's thoughts on the latest RAW before WrestleMania?

Chapter 2: How did CM Punk and Roman Reigns build anticipation for their match?
And it's also proven when I always say this, give good wrestlers wrestling matches in time, and they will put on good wrestling matches. Every single match had connective tissue to get us to what we want to see this weekend. It's an exciting weekend. It's an exciting weekend for wrestling fans.
Yeah.
So, uh, I got to start with the strongest, best thing that, uh, I saw. And there was a lot, um, and again, a lot of talking, uh, but I got to get into CM Punk and Roman Reigns. Um, this match has had me since day one, the winner of the Royal Rumble, uh, Roman Reigns took a kind of a shocking turn. CM Punk still went on that journey defending champion.
But ever since, I don't know, maybe tops, what they say, two months ago, maybe about since they advertise all the times where Roman's going to be. We've had each and every week of who's topping who. Tonight was just straight up spit and fire of selling the match. And it was one of the most truthful segments I've seen on television a long, long time.
Both guys told their story and really made me feel for it. I don't care if these guys, well, they wouldn't go out and share a beer because CM Punk is straight edge. But if they went out for a bite to eat afterwards, I would really truly think that they did not like each other because of their history. CM Punk, Roman Reigns does his entrance. You go to a commercial break. You hold up the wands.
Acknowledge me. Right off the bat, then here comes CM Punk. And just different. It had a different vibe. Roman Reigns kind of like threatened him in the beginning. And CM Punk just starts really what you're supposed to do and build your opponent up. But he's basically saying the reasons why he hates him. And this really goes to the core of a long-term story.
Like, you know, hey, they've crossed paths before, but these are two different guys. And Andre, the producing giant, has some audio. And we'll get into that audio, Andre, if you have it. We'll play it right now.
And I hate the fact that I invoked your father's name in vain. And I sincerely apologize to you. I hate that there's more than one royal family in professional wrestling. And I hate that I envy the fact that I wasn't born into a dynasty. I don't know what having that kind of family is like. CM Punk was born in the backyards, avenues and alleyways of Chicago. I was a misfit.
who had to find my own family, and I found my family... in the streets of Sacramento. I found my family in the locker rooms of every VFW hall or Knights of Columbus. I hate the fact that I feel this way. I hate the fact that I have to share anything with you, let alone my first singles match headlining WrestleMania. Tell me when I'm telling lies.

Chapter 3: What memorable moments occurred during the final confrontation?
And CM Punk told that story. And yes, I hate the fact that I envy you because one of the best lines that I felt CM Punk said was like, what was it? That you were like a third, rounding third base blue chip striker. like prospect were basically like, you know, hell you were right at the finish line at pretty much birth. And you had these opportunities that were never blessed upon himself.
And, you know, that's because, you know, Roman Reigns born into, you know, the wrestling business, the wrestling family of the wild Samoans and Sika being his dad was, And for a lot of people, let me make a call and at least get you a tryout as opposed to people who a lot of times have to get told no. And how do you find your way in?
Um, cause trust me, CM Punk had to be told no a bunch of times until somebody had to say yes to him. Um, again, I thought this build was wonderful. Um, And then it really, really crescendoed. And it's, I have to beat you. And like when he's going to say, you know, the winner and still your WWE champion CM Punk. And then Roman Reigns retort. And Andre, you have that as well. All right.
So let's go to.
You see, I hope one day I can get to the point that when I leave, they miss me as much as they missed you. I hope that one day when I leave, they chant for me for ten years straight. All that's true. That's the truest thing you got is the connection that you've made with our fan base and nobody can ever take that away from you. But on Sunday, that's your truth. That's not the reality.
The reality is the time is up. I gave you two months to hold this relevancy and you did nothing with it.
On Sunday, it ain't Anne still. On Sunday, it's Anne new.
God. Both those guys' promos rocked. The only thing... Andre, can you just play that almost, just play it again, just because there's a key thing that I was just like, hmm. If you just play it one more time for me, please.
You see, I hope one day I can get to the point that when I leave, they miss me as much as they missed you. I hope that one day when I leave, they chant for me for 10 years straight. All that's true. That's the truest thing you got is the connection that you've made with our fan base and nobody can ever take that away from you. But on Sunday, that's your truth. That's not the reality.

Chapter 4: How did CM Punk's background influence his rivalry with Roman Reigns?
And Brock's a decent talker. But you don't have to be when you have the best talker in front of you. And Paul just being Paul and hyping it. The other part was the second part with Oba and Brock. And that's the part that really sold me on this match. So Andre, the producing giant, if you have that, can you play it for me?
You can feel it. I can feel it. They can feel it. It is time to put an end to the beast. Because Paul, if you were honest, you would have come out here and you would have said, ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman and my client, Brock Lesnar, is scared of Obafemi.

He is afraid of my family because I am the ruler, the destroyer, the bringer of war, the mountain that you cannot climb, the mountain that you cannot conquer. And I will win at WrestleMania. I will defeat the beast. I will slay the beast. He will meet his end because I am the one. I have always been the one.
A fantastic promo by Oba. I was the Paul Heyman promo to Synopsis. Paul did exactly what CM Punk did. He put Oba Femi over. He built him up to even the point where he says, hey, just in case after you lose and you need to rebuild yourself, my door is always open for you. And Paul always associates himself with greatness until he has no more use for you. And that was the part where Oba stood up.
In the other part with Paul where I was saying how great he was, when he just stopped and people started chanting Oba, he's like, you people are really annoying me. It's a different way to tell people to shut up, which makes them cheer louder. But then Oba did something so, so great and so, so simple that
He gave it to the fans and he said, Paul, you know it, Brock knows it, and these people know it that I'm the man. And I love that whole segment. It was fire. It was complete fire.
brought Oba like that energy and like you know we had the caller call in I wanted to see that match I would say for me and I don't know what is for you and it's a conversation you all could ask yourself where you keep the conversation you go on that intake or you tell me online I would say the biggest for me, travesty is EO Sky not being on a match at WrestleMania. I felt her build last year.
She was the biggest rising star in the company. And when she was in that match, she was just like, everyone counted her out and she really stepped up. Obviously Rhea is always going to get these amazing reactions. Um, If... And tonight she just proved why she's still so awesome. We had interference with Asuka. Rams her head into the giant post video board thing that they have there.
