My guest believes that every organization should be working towards the goal of getting to know and understanding the needs of its employees. It is worthwhile to consider whether we really know the reason why teams stay with the company or, on the contrary, why they leave it. At the same time, each change introduced within the organization should be thoroughly planned and based on detailed data collected from people who are to be directly affected.
