Andy is from Kimberly-Clark Professional, where he has held 18 different roles in various departments, ranging from sales, marketing, strategy, innovation, and manufacturing, to general management. Since 2019, he has been the Chief Customer Officer of the company. In this episode, he shares with us their experience with the pandemic and how his teams have been resilient in the face of so much change and disruption.
