The Chicago White Sox announced yesterday that Mike Moustakas is at Spring Training on a minor league deal. The former Royals third baseman and three-time All-Star was in the majors last year with the Rockies and Angels. Moustakas has familiarity with White Sox Manager Pedro Grifol and GM Chris Getz from Kansas City. Getz said that they are looking at Moustakas' bat in camp and not for a specific position.
