Her goal is to get more lean and lose inches, gain energy, and have a better routine. I want to start her on a reverse diet, but she is saying the calories are too high and she can’t get them all in in a day due to intermittent fasting. I would like her to eat breakfast and then eat every 3-4 hours for consistent energy balance. However she says every time she eats breaks fast, no matter what it is, eggs, Greek yogurt, she feels sluggish and her eyes get heavy. Could I please get some guidance and insight into this please?
