Do you find it difficult to switch your mindset for that type of lifting? Or do you just trust the process/coaches you work with? I've done mostly powerlifting training but am on week 5 of your bulletproof bodybuilding now and with the first couple weeks I definitely struggled with that type of shift in training. Really loving it now though. Side notes: can't wait for my TLA goods to arrive and shout out to coach Trevor, what I have learned and changed in my life because of you and him is just amazing. I have nothing but gratitude for you guys. If anyone is on the fence about coaching, I encourage them to dive in and go for it, learn to invest in yourself. It's the best thing you can do. (24:30) - Hi! I am a mom to a 14 month old, busy physical therapist and business owner. Getting back in shape (5’7’’, 140ish lbs for reference… pre-child felt great at 135lb). Just minimal extra around belly, overall feeling good. I just would love slightly less body fat and more muscle I can only get to the gym 1-3x/week depending on work and life. What to focus on? Diet is main priority but I’d love guidance for workouts to improve body comp. (35:00) - Trying to set my calories for a bulk. Was in a cut around 2500 calories and have reversed to around 2900 calories. I weigh around 207 and have been eating 215 grams of protein, 310 grams of carbs and 90 grams of fat.
