Eric Helms is an experienced coach with 3DMJ, is a pro natural bodybuilder, and has a PhD in Strength and Conditioning. He also has a BS in Sports Management, Fitness and Wellness, a Masters with a research focus on protein and macronutrient manipulation for dieting bodybuilders, and a second masters in exercise science and health promotion.
