I hear you when you say you want to go after your dreams, but you just don’t think it’s possible. You don’t have time because there is just too much going on tugging at your attention: taking care of the kids, trying to take care of all the relationships in your life, hating your job or just not feeling fulfilled with the work you’re doing, there may be health challenges you’re dealing with or helping someone deal with and managing day to day responsibilities or whatever else seems to be sucking the living life out of you, after all that it leaves very little room to feel like dreams can come true let alone the time or energy to actually do anything towards making it happen. When you feel like there is only so much of you to go around and the issues are mounting up, choosing positivity is really hard. When the things around you aren’t working and it feels like everything is against you, choosing positivity seems like the last thing you want to do. Positivity isn’t just a choice, its a habit.
