I’ve noticed lately I’ve been saying “I can do anything for 10 minutes.” I was motivating myself to get back into my exercise routine and thought ‘hey, I can jump rope for 10 minutes.’ You’ll have to listen because this is a story! This kinda mindset taught me some things and reminded me of some encouragement reminders I can’t wait to share with you how to apply this to your dreams! You can let go of that fixed or fear mindset holding you back from going after your dreams.
