After over 15 years of being in the field of psychotherapy, Lee Chaix McDonough decided to pivot and shift her skill set after a major life transition. When they moved from Germany back to the US after her husband retired from the military and he bought a dental practice, she decided to press pause on her professional career to help her family transition to civilian life and to assist her husband in growing his business. As she immersed herself in understanding the mindset of owning and running a business, she became more and more interested in combining her strengths of intuitive work and coaching. From there, she started her coaching business: Coach with Clarity. Lee is the CEO and Founder of Coach With Clarity, a business coaching and training company. She became credentialed as a coach through the International Coach Federation and now provides ICF-accredited continuing coach education for intuitive, heart-centered coaches. She is also the host of the Coach with Clarity podcast and author of the #1 Amazon book, ACT On Your Business: Braving the storms of entrepreneurship and creating success through meaning, mindset, and mindfulness.
