Bear Bachmeier passed for a career-high, eclipsing 300 yards for the first time in his BYU football career. Bachmeier's top targets were Chase Roberts and Parker Kingston. Roberts produced a career-high in receiving yards in the win. The Cougar defense suffered a tough blow as Jack Kelly was injured, and fellow linebacker Isaiah Glasker was also sidelined.
