Like all decisions are made in Dubai, these effectively are political decisions and somebody you would imagine up from up above has decided his days in Dubai have come.
But hold on here a second, because we're dealing with Chris Kinnihan here. Senior. So has he just not reapplied to renew them? Has he already knows that he is not gonna be floating around Dubai for much longer? He's seen what's happened to Son, he's seen what's happened to Sean McGovern. That's what I would think. This guy is seventy next March. I don't think this is going to be a surprise to him. He had it under uh a company called OSA Management Consultancies, which there's a residence given in one of these free trade zones. When you look more into it, and as you said, it was reported in Bellingat and and the Sunday Times, when you look more into it, it's effectively his old company, C V Aviation.

But we did, I mean, obviously a number of years ago we were writing about some of the the the LinkedIn posts he had put up and he was running from C V A Aviation Services and various other companies with a similar name. Now, what it seems is instead of setting up this new company, OSA Management Consultancies, he simply just renamed CV Aviation Services and renewed his visa. Under this different name. It's been cancelled, it's reported. So that looks like the somebody above has made a decision. But we know even back to then when when that was first published, it was around 2021, he had already started to look for escape routes out of Dubai if things had gone wrong. In particular, he'd been looking at uh Zimbabwe from a number of years before um even you know
Probably around two thousand seventeen, eighteen, nineteen. Um, as another escape route, Zimbabwe, of course, would have, you know, uh very little extradition treaties with any country in the West, being um certainly back then regarded almost as a rogue state. And we believed he was also looking at places like um Oman, Iran and even China.
But he also had some sort of links or had certainly done some business in places like Malawi and previously in Sierra Leone.
