In business today, every company is faced with new challenges that requires restructuring, change, or growth, often in combination. However, not every company takes a firm grip on their culture and makes an executive decision to start there to power their growth strategy. And every once in a while, a company uses a systematic and data-driven culture to do so effectively and efficiently, with good results!     The company we talk about today is Element Logic, and our guests today have been instrumental in navigating in the world of team cultures, subcultures, leadership cultures, and values dilemmas. They have been working dedicated for two years in this project, and today they will share some of the results and most importantly; the learning.
