This week I'm joined by sisters, Sinéad & Gillian Crowe who have set up Intuitive Eating Ireland. The sisters had decades of disordered eating behaviours and being on the diet merry-go-round, but when they came across intuitive eating as an approach; it resonated deeply with both of them. On their journey they knew they were a huge support to one another when times were tough, so the sisters set up Intuitive.Eating.Ireland (on IG) to support anyone who wanted to step into this anti-diet approach, and inspire people to see that living a life consumed by dieting, obsessing about the number on a scale or constantly feeling guilty and ashamed for not living in the idealised body size isn't necessary. The sisters are here to share with you that there is another way that's not dieting, and it's a freedom you'll never experience listening to an external source about what's best for your body.
