#215 - Micro Frequency Shifts

We're in a different frequency & moving into a new era of consciousness. We're all been asked to make massive shifts & changes to align with our most authentic self (as Spirit having a human experience!). It's our responsibility to ourselves to 'manage' our energy & frequency. I also ended up recording my recent 'Activate Your Highest Frequency' session.
