I had the most amazing, transformative, mind-blowing week at Dr. Joe Dispenza's week long advanced workshop/retreat in the Riveria Maya in México. I loved the science he shared, the information, the meditations, the connections, the people, the location, the beach, the long days, the music...all of it. It felt like the 'missing piece' of my personal jigsaw puzzle of life. The science confirmed for me (without doubt) that 'consciousness' is real, meditation works, and the mind-body connection is real. I've seen irrefutible science. There is more information in the 'unseen' than the seen & believing in something before you can see if, is real.
