One of the innovations of the internet is the introduction of software robots or bots that allow repetitive tasks to be performed routinely without human intervention. But like many other technologies, a good thing can sometimes be turned to do bad things.According to the 2022 Imperva Bad Bot Report, bad bots accounted for a record-setting 27.7% of all global website traffic in 2021, up from 25.6% in 2020.
