Today a special episode in which Noah is joined by Simon Pattinson and Jesse Anthony to talk about how they develop talent in the UK and USA! The first part of the podcast is with Simon Pattinson who is the organizer of the Clanfield CX. He talks about his race, the national trophy, and his aim to create a lower level series. He also talks about the role of British cycling in developing talent.  The second part of the podcast is with Jesse Anthony, the director of cyclocross for USA cycling. He talks about the brand new Olympic cyclocross academy that started in the USA this year.
