Over the past five to ten years, the dance business landscape has seen an incredible transformation ...and even more recently with the exposure to AI and the likes of Chat GPT, Canva Magicand Gemini – just to name a few… Where once studios might have operated as more of a passion project or a hobby, for many, the focus has now shifted firmly towards running them as full-fledged businesses… By far, the biggest challenge I hear from studio owners time and time again is their lack of time and control over their finances. It’s a constant struggle to balance all the things while trying to grow the business. But here’s the thing—I’ve been working on a solution.
