Rena Maycock was recently named in the Sunday Independents top 30 women in tech - thanks to her work as founder and CEO of Cilter. Cilter are developing child-protection software for smartphones that keeps children safe from bullying, coercion and grooming and aims to help prevent child-suicide by alerting parents to imminent threats presented to their child via their smartphone. Before Cilter, Rena co-founded Intro Matchmaking - which remains Ireland’s largest nationwide dating agency - and was chief executive office at iRadio Ireland.
