In this episode, I chat with my good friend Carlota Rodben about beauty and wellness in the future. Carlota is a luxury industry futures and innovation specialist. She began her career at one of the most prestigious luxury houses in the world, where she built and led an innovation team and then went on to manage new concepts focused on the future of retail. Carlota is the author of two books “Beauty As It Is” and “Beyond Luxury.” We talk about how beauty used to equal youth, but now how beauty equals vitality. Carlota is an entrepreneur and a futures consultant to luxury, beauty, hospitality brands and institutions on innovation, transformation, and desirable futures. She integrates technology, innovation, sustainability, and human-centric experiences into her work. Her ultimate ambition is to pioneer a new era of purpose-driven luxury.
