This is a solo podcast about coming back to who you actually are and the power of being 'Authentic'.For most of my life, I was a people pleaser. I said yes when I didn’t want to, shaped myself around other people, and cared way too much about being liked. I got really good at masking… to the point where I didn’t even know what was real anymore. I’m figuring out who I am, what I actually think, how I want to be seen — and letting go of the need to be everything for everyone. It’s messy, it’s uncomfortable at times, but it’s also the most honest I’ve ever been.On this podcast I just speak openly. About my own experiences, the shifts I’m going through, and the things I’m learning as I unlearn all the old patterns. It’s light, it’s real, and nothing is overly polished. If you’ve ever felt like you’re performing your life, this is for you. We get into how to actually say what you mean, how to be vulnerable without overthinking it, and how to respond instead of just reacting. At the end of the day, it’s about choosing authenticity over approval — and finally letting yourself be seen as you are.
