Episode 11 on Finding love again

Cant believe we are onto Season 2 Episode 1 already. I have learnt so much already and grown since I have started this journey a few months back. On this episode I become more vulnerable and talk about  finding love again which took some time as this is a private part of my life , but I wanted to share this story to inspire and help anymore out there who needs to hear this. I was through horrible heartbreak and got cheated on after a long term relationship. This can take control on your mind , body and spirit and takes time to get it back. I  talk about 7 steps which you too can go through: - Learning to let go. - There is always someone out there for you. - Staying true to you and what you value in life. - Not comparing, every one and thing is a brand new experience. - Its is ok to say no and have boundaries. - Taking time for yourself. - Working on you should be no.1  - Letting my past go and not letting it define me. - Healing old wounds and triggers. Remember when you think you won't be ok , believe me you will be, it just takes time as that is the biggest healer.
