This week on the pod I chat to Jen Healy also know as Yinyoga Jen who is a yoga teacher and full moon ceremony creator. Jen talks about how she worked helping the homeless for years but it took it toll on her own mental health and talks openly about her struggles, how it impacted her  and how she turned her life around. We talk about life lessons, trauma and how we can truly heal.
