This week on the pod I have author Caroline Foran on. She talks about how she discovered she had anxiety. Caroline suffered with her panic attacks, her stomach , and didn't understand emotions. In her 20's she was striving in her career but was pushing herself too much without realising this. Then she stopped and started to listen to her body, trust her gut and tap into her feelings and become more self aware. Caroline thought she was not going to be able to cope with anxiety that she had to leave her job and start to understand herself, own it and accept it. That is when someone approached her to write about her experience and it became a book ' Owning it'.
