What's exciting us? This week. Oh, this week. Talk a little pre season games. We each just had Um some joint practices.
We
did. First first joint practices, right? Texans Raiders? Eagles Patriots. How'd it go, Reed? How was it uh practicing against the news?
It's always great to go against somebody in a different colored jersey for the first time since the last time you played. You know, you've been going against each other for what, two and a half weeks? And obviously you got your first preseason game, but a lot of us didn't play. And then the joint practice. Finally get to go against somebody different. And go against different tendencies. And it's nice. It's like a different offense. Um Sort of how do we play our defense to certain offensive schemes, you know, just trying to get Trying to get my feet wet a little bit, you know? I
think uh You know, obviously you go against one offense for for two weeks or whatever and then you kinda get to see a different. Um Different looks, which I think is good as a defense. You know, you figure out, you know, things that hurt you, um, things you need to get better at and Um You know, kinda it's almost like preparing for a game a little bit when you're you know, gone into a joint practice, at least especially after the first day. Um, you know, you go against the team the first day, and then you go back, you look at it, you know, how'd they hurt you, what can you do better, what worked, and then you're a little a little more prepared. Did you only have one practice? We only had one practice.
Oh well we had yeah, we had two. We went back to back days.
What was I thought was different? Like did you do like a normal like in the field on the first day and like red zone and stuff the second day?
Yeah. So we did pretty much all open field. Um you know, two minutes, some situations and then the next day was pretty much all r all red zone work, seven on seven. Um actually no we didn't do seven and seven the second day, but it was all red zone and then we did one, you know, field um in the open field, so but it was good. You know, I think doing two days is fun, but yeah, second day Yeah, I guess I guess
