Football Ramble

The Ramble: Liverpool go 22 points clear, Jose vs Pep has spice, and more woe for West Ham

03 Feb 2020

Description

Liverpool are brilliant etc etc. What more can be said of them at this point? We bow to our new Scouse overlords. Further down the depths of the table Man City got Mourinhoed in North London, West Ham West Hammed themselves in east London and Nigel Pearson’s Watford are dead after they turned a 2-0 lead into a 3-2 defeat against 10-man Everton. They are dead. This cannot be stressed enough. Dead. They are going to wish they’d never been born. We also have time for a cameo from Maurizio Sarri, to be mean about young Theo Walcott and to hear yet more of your utterly baffling suggestions as to how to “improve” the domestic cups.
