Now, this is a jam job by the Senate. The House must either take it or leave it. Now, that's Fox's Chad Perk with the Capitol, where the House will soon consider the bill. This is precisely what Democrats requested for weeks.

But Democrats did not score concrete reforms at ICE. Republicans question why Democrats were holding out.

As gas prices rise from a month ago, 64% of registered voters disapprove of the president's performance on Iran. 71% of people disapprove of the handling of inflation. 66% disapprove of the performance on the economy.

There is a sell-off again on Wall Street. The Dow is dropping another 422 points. The Nasdaq is falling 268. It's a 58-point decline for the S&P 500 as oil prices rise again this morning, 2 to 3 percent. WTI is over 97 bucks a barrel again. Brent crude back to 110. But at the gas pump, a slight decline.
