It was the second such incident this month. In a phone interview with the Wall Street Journal, the president wouldn't say if the officer who shot Alex Priddy did the right thing.

But he did say the administration is reviewing everything and will then make a decision. He also signaled a willingness to eventually withdraw ICE officials from the city. Protesters were back out on the streets today despite the winter storm and bitter cold. That winter system is causing problems from the deep south to New England. Here in Boston, we are preparing for the worst of it.
We are under a snow emergency, which means they want people to get off of the roads. Fox's Brian Yenis says Boston and other parts of Massachusetts could get up to two feet of snow. But the snow isn't the biggest danger. The bitter cold has turned deadly in Austin, Texas and in New York City. New York Mayor Zoran Mamdani. For those without shelter, the intense cold can be fatal.
Yesterday alone, before the snow had even begun to come down, at least five New Yorkers passed away and were found outside. The storm has also closed New York's LaGuardia Airport until further notice as airlines across the U.S. canceled more than 11,000 flights today alone. President Trump has threatened to slap Canada with a 100% tariff if it goes through with a trade deal with China.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessett explains it's a no-brainer. The right thing to do, he says.

Last week, the Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney, said the world order had changed and Canada was looking to make some new alliances. A number of Democratic senators say yesterday's fatal shooting in Minneapolis by a federal agent changed things. And now they won't vote for a spending bill to avert a government shutdown because it will fund ICE. Fox's Chad Pergram is on Capitol Hill.
This bill funds 78% of the government. It includes money for DHS and the Pentagon. Independent Senator Angus King of Maine helped end the fall shutdown, but he will not vote yet this time because of ICE. New Hampshire Democrat Jeanne Shaheen did not respond directly when asked how she would vote.
People are outraged by what's happening in Minnesota and by the out-of-control officers, federal officers that they're seeing on the ground by this shooting.
GOP South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham accused Democrats of backing out of a bipartisan deal. He called this, quote, reckless and disappointing.

Chris Pratt's Mercy knocked Avatar Fire and Ash out of the top spot, debuting with $11.2 million in North American ticket sales. Mercy keeps our city safe. I shouldn't be here. I helped create the Mercy program. The biggest hit this weekend, however, came from the brutal winter weather.
Because it shut down about 250 theaters from Texas to Maine. Mercy is about a man judged by artificial intelligence. It ends Avatar's three-month-long reign. Fire and Ash slips to second place with $7 million, while Disney's Zootopia 2 stays strong at number three with $5.7 million. Super Bowl 60 is set.
It's going to be New England and Seattle in Santa Clara, California for the big game, which will take place on February 8th. The Patriots beat the Denver Broncos 10-7 to win the AFC championship. The Seahawks beat the LA Rams 31-7 to take the NFC. I'm Daria Albinger. This is Fox News.
