Millions brace for a weekend snow and ice storm. I'm Sue Guzman, Fox News. Meteorologists warning that a stretched polar vortex could bring severe weather to much of the U.S. later this week. Warm Arctic waters and cold continental air combining to send sub-zero temperatures, heavy snow. and ice across the eastern two-thirds of the country.
