And This might be the beginning of breaking this impasse with the funding for the Department of Homeland Security that has gone on now for 41 days, two hours and about 37 minutes. It's really remarkable here that this is the first genuine movement. This funds everything at the Department of Homeland Security except funding for ICE and also a little bit of money for the Customs and Border Protection.
