Chapter 1: What recent military actions have been reported in the Middle East?
Ground troops arrive. I'm Deborah Valentine, Fox News. American ground troops arriving in the Middle East, fueling speculation that Operation Epic Fury will result in a ground offensive. We get more from Fox's Jonathan Savage in London.
The president has told the Financial Times that taking Iran's oil terminal on Karg Island is among lots of options being considered. That would require ground troops. Thousands of U.S. Marines are now in the region. President Trump also said his favourite thing would be to take the oil in Iran, but also claimed a ceasefire deal could be reached fairly quickly.
Meanwhile, sirens have sounded in Israel, with Iran launching another wave of attacks. Iran's also fired missiles at Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. An attack on a desalination plant in Kuwait killed one worker. Jonathan Savage, Fox News.
President Trump and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth haven't ruled out ground operations. Pakistan's foreign minister says Islamabad will soon host talks between the U.S. and Iran.
Chapter 2: What options is the U.S. considering regarding Iran's oil terminals?
No immediate comment on that from Washington or Tehran. Senate Democrats calling on a House-passed contingency bill to fund the Department of Homeland Security, dead on arrival.
House Democrats say they'll fund DHS with no more money for ICE. There's been no vote on that bill. Democratic Representative Adam Smith said they have agencies such as TSA in mind. Pay them, pay the Coast Guard, pay FEMA. We put it on the table. Why won't Mike Johnson allow a vote? Because tell you something, if he allowed a vote, it would pass.
GOP Senator Tom Cotton said a House bill funding DHS for two months sits before senators, making their goal... A new budget bill that will fund ICE and CBP for probably five or ten years, because we don't think the Democrats will ever fund them again.
Both were on Fox News Sunday. That's Fox's Grinnell Scott with that report. America's listening to Fox News.

Kim Jong-un has reportedly overseen the testing of a rocket engine that could carry long-range missiles into the U.S. Here's Fox's Jill Nadeau.
North Korean media says the dictator witnessed the test of a new high-thrust solid-fuel rocket engine. That engine, described as part of a new defense plan to upgrade the country's strategic strike capabilities. Solid fuel systems can be launched more quickly and with less warning than older liquid-fuel missiles, and that makes them harder to detect.

Chapter 3: How are the U.S. and Iran responding to ongoing conflicts?
However, there are still challenges before they can create a reliable intercontinental ballistic missile, like ensuring a warhead can survive atmospheric reentry. Both South Korea and the U.S. say they're monitoring North Korea's weapons developments.
NORAD intercepts an aircraft in restricted airspace near President Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida.
NORAD says they dispatched F-16 fighter jets after a private aircraft entered what's considered a no-fly zone or a TFR, temporary restrictions, near where the president was. No matter where the president goes, the FAA and Secret Service, they create these areas where they don't want any aircraft to be in.
What was more interesting in this case is NORET says the F-16s, when they got up next to that private plane, they had to dispatch flares to get the pilot's attention. This aircraft was quickly able to get out of the area that the restricted airspace was in.
Fox's Mark Meredith with that report. In Israel on Sunday, Catholic officials were banned from privately praying at the holiest Christian sites in old Jerusalem, at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, where Christians believe Jesus was crucified, buried, and rose from the dead Easter Sunday.
Catholics were stopped from praying by Israeli police, citing security concerns involving the Middle East conflict. U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee calling the move an unfortunate overreach. I'm Deborah Valentine.
