It's also going to be frigid in many areas. There are 40 below zero wind chills now in Minnesota where a day of anti-ice protest is planned. Organizers urging people to not work, not go to school, and not shop. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry praises those standing up against immigration enforcement raids he opposes. We're seeing constitutional violations play out in real time.
Vice President Vance went to Minneapolis calling for calm and cooperation. Working with state and local officials, we can make the worst moments of chaos much less common. Three people have been arrested in a federal investigation into the anti-ice protest inside a St. Paul church on Sunday. The deal's done to keep TikTok operating in the U.S.
The social media app's Chinese parent company has sold most of TikTok to a group of mostly American investors.
With ByteDance, the Chinese-owned company, retaining a nearly 20% stake. The arrangement settles concerns from lawmakers about Chinese influence and data collection. Congress passed a law in 2024 banning TikTok in the U.S. unless the app was sold. Fox's Jared Halpern.
Now to another done deal. Pulling out of the World Health Organization was among the executive orders signed by President Trump on his first day back in office, accusing it of mismanaging the COVID-19 pandemic and being too susceptible to political influence. Also, there's never been an American as its chief executive. That withdrawal has now been finalized.

Just over two weeks after ending the John Harbaugh era, Baltimore has brought in a familiar face. The Ravens hired 42-year-old Jesse Minter on Thursday to be the next head coach of the organization. Minter's first four seasons in the NFL were with the Ravens, and he spent the past two years working for John's brother, Jim Harbaugh, as defensive coordinator of the Chargers.
