More than 70 Democrats didn't even show up boycotting the Trump speech. Virginia Governor Abigail Spanberger delivered the formal Democratic response saying he lied, scapegoated and distracted.

President Trump also brought up Iran ahead of another round of indirect talks between the U.S. and Iran tomorrow as he threatens military action again if they don't agree to a nuclear deal.
I will never allow the world's number one sponsor of terror, which they are by far, to have a nuclear weapon. Can't let that happen.

On Wall Street, stock futures are up modestly. The day after a rebound clawed back some of the Dow's losses from a Monday plunge. The Dow gained 370 points. The Nasdaq went up 236. In college basketball, the top-ranked men's team, Duke, blew out Notre Dame by 44 points, 100 to 56. The worst home loss for the Irish since 1898.
