Chapter 1: What military drills are Iran and Russia conducting?
Two American adversaries are getting ready to play war games. I'm Dave Anthony, Fox News. Iran and Russia preparing military drills tomorrow in the Sea of Oman with American warships also in that region following another round of indirect U.S.-Iran talks in Geneva as President Trump threatens military action if Iran doesn't agree to a nuclear deal.
As negotiations resumed, Iran sent an implicit message carrying out military exercises in the Strait of Hormuz. State media showed footage of cruise missiles launching from trucks and boats. And the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, also threatened to send a U.S. aircraft carrier to the bottom of the sea.
But the two sides did agree to exchange drafts on a potential deal, reportedly, and talk again in two weeks.

Chapter 2: What updates are there on the U.S.-Iran nuclear negotiations?
The same Americans in Geneva in the Iran talks brokered another round of Russia-Ukraine negotiations this morning.
The latest three-way discussion involving the United States, Ukraine and Russia only lasted about two hours. It was described as difficult but businesslike by Moscow's chief negotiator. Territory remains the main sticking point. The sides have also been looking at prisoner exchanges and how a ceasefire would be monitored.
Fox's Jonathan Savage. Rescuers out near Lake Tahoe in California digging through snow a second day, searching for nine missing backcountry skiers feared buried by an avalanche.
A group of at least 15 skiers, including guides, were on Castle Peak Mountain when the avalanche happened. Sheriff's Office said at least six of those skiers have survived. An avalanche warning is in effect.

Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos also tells Fox DNA found on a glove near the Guthrie home and found inside the house were not a match to any DNA in a federal database.

Chapter 3: What is the current status of the Russia-Ukraine negotiations?
Chief Tina Gonsalves said Robert Dorgan fatally shot his ex-wife Rhonda Dorgan and adult son Aiden Dorgan. The ex-wife's parents and a family friend were critically wounded. The chief said they were all there to see one of Dorgan's sons play hockey.
And there was no expectations or any indication that there was going to be any type of violence.
Bystanders surrounded Robert Dorgan after the shooting, but he pulled out a second gun and took his own life. Chief Gonsalves says a motive is still being investigated. Gernal Scott, Fox News.
On Wall Street, stock futures are rising before today's trading. The U.S. has won two more medals today in the Olympics. Bronze in snowboarding, a silver in cross-country, and a race won by Norway. Adding to Johannes Husflot Kleibo's record. He now has 10 career gold medals, more than any winter Olympian ever. Norway is in the medal lead in Italy with 32. The U.S. is nine back with 23 medals.
