Chapter 1: What recent events involving Iran and the U.S. are highlighted?
It's no longer a bully. I'm Lisa Lucera, Fox News. Those words from President Trump three weeks into attacks on Iran from the U.S. and Israel, and he says U.S. intelligence was surprised at Iran's response.
President Trump says he was not briefed about the potential of Iran retaliating against regional neighbors like Qatar, the UAE, and Kuwait. All these countries are getting hit. There was no expert that would say that was going to happen. It's not a question of like, gee, should you have known? And if we did know, big deal.
Chapter 2: How has the U.S. administration responded to Iran's actions?
I mean, we have to do what we have to do. The president also says the U.S. has estimated much of Iran's ability to launch attacks, including targeting its Navy, Air Force and ballistic missiles. Asked if that meant the war could end within days. President Trump replied it's likely to be wrapped up soon.
Fox's Jared Halpern with the White House. House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries continues to slam the administration's actions against Iran.
They failed to prepare for Iran's actions in the Strait of Hormuz. They failed to prepare as it relates to the fact that thousands of Americans were stranded for days, if not weeks, in the Middle East with no plan by the State Department to evacuate American citizens.
And Jeffrey says the administration has not explained why we are striking Iran. An Afghan government spokesman says the number of dead from an airstrike by Pakistan in a hospital in the capital of Kabul that's treating drug users has risen to 400.
The Supreme Court will heal arguments on the Trump administration's attempt to remove protected status of refugees from certain countries, including Haiti and Syria.
Protected status was established by Congress in 1990, giving foreign nationals fleeing situations, such as natural disasters or war, the right to remain in the U.S. by designation of the Department of Homeland Security. DHS Secretary Christine Ohm signaled an end to that in Haiti's case last year.

Chapter 3: What are the implications of the Supreme Court's decision on refugee status?
The Supreme Court is also deciding a case on the constitutionality of these type of warrants. Tobacco use continues to fall around the world, according to a World Health Organization report.
At the turn of the millennium, a third of adults worldwide used cigarettes or other tobacco products. Now it's one in five. The WHO says the fall is good news, adding they are astounded at how far the tobacco industry goes to put profits ahead of human life. Among the countries most successful at quitting smoking is Brazil, where the number has dropped by more than a third.
Southeast Asia has the highest percentage of smokers in the world, with more than a quarter of adults partaking. The U.S. estimate is 20 percent.
