And while the station could not reveal its contents, they did say that it did not have proof of life of Nancy Guthrie. The Sheriff's Department also towed this blue Subaru from Nancy Guthrie's home,

Chapter 3: What details emerged from the investigation into Nancy Guthrie's case?

Fox was there as Zubair al-Bakoush arrived on U.S. soil. U.S. officials promising to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. Al-Bakoush is charged with murder, terror, and arson in connection with the 2012 attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. If convicted, he could face the death penalty or life in prison and a hefty fine.
That 13-hour attack killed four Americans, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens. Kash Patel says Al-Bakoush was arrested overseas but did not reveal the precise location.
Fox's Mike Emanuel. Two others are in prison for their connection to that attack following the attack. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and former President Barack Obama, in addition to others, were criticized for a lack of security assigned to the group. America is listening to Fox News.

A judge setting a trial date for the New York State murder case against Luigi Mangione.
Following a lengthy discussion with prosecutors and defense lawyers, Judge Gregory Caro set Luigi Mangione's New York State murder trial for June 8th. Mangione's lawyers objected to the June date, telling the judge that at that time they'll be consumed with preparing for Mangione's federal trial, which is set to start on September 8th. The judge's answer, quote, be ready.
Mangione also spoke out in court in protest of the date, telling the judge, quote, it's the same trial twice, double jeopardy by any common sense definition. He has pleaded not guilty to both state and federal charges at the December 2024 death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, who was gunned down outside a hotel in Midtown Manhattan.
