This is all across portions of New England and getting into some of those interior areas. The coldest air out there, upstate New York, New Hampshire, anywhere from negative 25 to negative 35 degrees early this morning, driven again by a whole lot of winds. But warmer air ultimately is building in the middle part of the country. We're going to see it today, and actually some of these will be record highs. So this is getting into the Plains, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, temperatures in the mid-70s, the upper 60s. These would be record highs. At the same time, we're talking about this extreme cold in the eastern half of the country. And then the next couple of days, this spills out, starts to spread out a little bit.
