Chapter 1: What is the battle over messaging in Minnesota about?
Battle over messaging in Minnesota. I'm Tom Graham, Fox News. President Trump speaking at the White House today while holding up pictures of immigrants with lengthy criminal records. We're looking to get the criminals out right now. The president praised the work of ICE agents in Minneapolis despite the ongoing pushback from Minnesota leaders who blame immigration officers for inciting violence.
Really a strong message from the Trump administration today.
Chapter 2: What did President Trump say about immigration enforcement in Minneapolis?
We heard the border commander... detailing how his agents are pretty much attacked day after day on the streets, their vehicles rammed. He said that's because the governor and the mayor here are really setting the tone, working with violent protesters. It's that collusion and corruption between elected officials and these anarchists that are intent on creating violence for law enforcement.
President Trump took a long time laying out mugshots of people he said that ICE have taken off the streets, really listing the crimes one after another, crimes like rape, murder, and child abuse.
This is Steve Harrigan in Minneapolis. A judge ordering actor Timothy Busfield to be released from jail pending a trial on sex abuse charges in New Mexico.
District Judge David Murphy denying New Mexico state prosecutors' request that actor-director Timothy Busfield be held in custody during a detention hearing on child sex abuse charges.
So, Mr. Busfield, I'll set the following conditions of release. You're authorized for release on your own recognizance with the conditions that you appear at all future court settings. You do not violate any laws.
The judge noting he can leave the state but cannot make contact with the alleged victims or any minors. The 68-year-old is accused of inappropriately touching two boys while directing a series in Albuquerque. Defense attorneys deny the claims, playing audio of initial police interviews with the minors who could be heard saying they were not touched inappropriately.
Prosecutors argue this does not exonerate Busfield. Kristen Goodwin, Fox News.
