What threat did President Trump issue to Minnesota over ICE protests?
This is a Fox News Alert, a threat from the White House to Minnesota. I'm Dave Anthony. It came on Truth Social a short time ago. President Trump wrote, if corrupt politicians in that state don't obey the law and stop professional agitators from attacking ICE, he will institute the Insurrection Act. After another night of protesters clashing with police, calling ICE officers murderers a week after Renee Good's shooting death. They were even more angry over another ICE-involved shooting. Anyone that is taking the bait tonight, stop. Minneapolis mayor Jacob Fry, an ICE critic, has praised peaceful protesters but told those getting violent. That is not helpful.
How did the recent Minneapolis protests and ICE-related shootings unfold?
Go home. As for the new shooting, it happened as I stopped a car to take a Venezuelan illegal immigrant into custody.
They say he doesn't stop the car. Two other guys are in there with them. They crash, they get out, and then, according to DHS and according to the police chief, they did confirm that there was a physical altercation.
The Venezuelan man who's in the country legally, according to ICE with a rap sheet, is hit in the lake, expected to be okay.
Rights groups believe more than two and a half thousand people have been killed by the Iranian authorities and more than eighteen thousand people arrested. Iran, though, says it has no plan to execute anyone alleged to be involved.
That's Fox's Jonathan Savage.

What are the latest human‑rights concerns involving Iran’s authorities?
Again, our top Fox News story, President Trump threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act in Minneapolis after a week of angry anti-ICE protests that escalated last night in a second ICE involved shooting. This one not deadly like last Wednesday. Now an update in another shooting in another immigration traffic stop one week ago in Portland, Oregon, where there's been a not guilty plea.
The public defender for Luis David Nino Moncada entered the plea on his behalf in U.S. District Court. The FBI said in a court filing it found no surveillance or other video of the shooting where a border agent wounded Nino Moncada and his female passenger while they were in a pickup truck in the parking lot of a medical complex. The Department of Homeland Security has said both were members of the Venezuelan gang Trende Arangua and Portland Police Chief Bob Day said that the government was a very good thing. Last week, a witness to a shooting last summer confirmed the two had some nexus to the gang. Nino Moncada remains in custody with a release hearing scheduled for next week.
