On the phone with Minnesota, I'm John Sausage, Fox News. Border Patrol Commander Greg Bovino is reportedly set to leave Minneapolis along with some Border Patrol officers.
Bovino's departure, along with a number of Customs and Border Protection agents, comes as President Trump's border czar, Tom Holman, makes his way to Minneapolis to oversee ICE operations. Bovino was one of the top enforcement officials who defended the deadly shooting of Alex Preddy last Saturday, claiming Preddy impeded federal agents while being armed.
The statements by Bovino caused community and national protests when compared with cell phone video of the shooting. Bovino has also been at other controversial immigration enforcement operations in cities such as Los Angeles and Chicago.

President Trump had a phone call with Minnesota's governor and the mayor of Minneapolis today. Tom Holman will meet with Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry on Tuesday. A major winter storm impacting more than 200 million Americans this weekend, disrupting more than 36,000 flights across 18 states. The storm knocked out power to over a million households at its peak.
Middle Tennessee Electric CEO Chris Jones on Fox says more than 240,000 customers in Tennessee are without power.
A number of people remain out of power, and we're working as hard as we can to restore those. The last few are going to be the most challenging because they can be in remote areas where it's just hard to get to. Still lots of trees with ice accumulation. We're still picking up more outages as we're working, and we're very concerned about very cold temperatures.
Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey with an update on the conditions there.
Travel conditions remain challenging, so please be careful out there as cleanup continues. And again, if you can stay off the roads, we really appreciate it because the crews need time to clean up and they're going to need more time to deal with whatever falls.

Senate Democrats say there is no way whatsoever that they're going to vote for a DHS funding bill unless it reforms ICE. That DHS bill is tied to five other funding bills. Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer said on Sunday that Senate Democrats will not allow that DHS bill to move forward.
