We cover everything from taper workouts to race week nutrition tips, and even how to lay out expectations for your friends and family for your race week. Kristen also goes over her suggestions on logistics prep for race day, with things like calculating food and hydration needs and making sure your crew is prepared with anything you may need at your checkpoint stops.
