So I hope it stops you tossing and turning and you get that full cool sensation as we do some visualization, meditation and some mild hypnosis to envisage being in some cool locations and also feeling cool throughout the body. And let's begin. we're going to be using a combination of meditation and mild hypnosis techniques for you to gently drift off to sleep. We're going to be doing this so you can relax and feel cool and you can enjoy this night's sleep that nature has intended for us. Summer can be a hard time for many, as too much sun, energy and thoughts can keep us up at night. But it's okay just to lie down and be at peace and calm, and allow your mind and body to recognize that it is time to relax.

Outside sounds or movements can just dissolve into nothingness as you become oblivious to everything. except for this wonderful feeling that you are beginning to experience now. If you are needed urgently, you can break from my voice, but otherwise this time is for you. There is nothing more important than listening to me and resting, and you begin to feel all tensions,

For 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Hold it for 1, 2.

How do the guided breathing exercises help lower body temperature?

And then relax for 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. And relax. And now with your eyes closed and with your mind's eye. I want you to imagine a colour, a colour that to you represents coolness and it gets bigger and larger in your mind's eye until it fills your head with this soothing cooling colour and you feel it seeping into your skin, in your forehead, relaxing and cooling your scalp, and detensing any lines you have in your forehead, and the colour flows into your eyes, round all the little creases and wrinkles around your eyes, detensing and cooling the skin, feels so nice and so relaxing and this feeling moves down into your cheeks into your mouth and into your jaw your mouth may open a little and your jaw will detox as this cooling soothing sensation moves throughout your head and face down into your neck

removing any aches and pains from the day. And with that in mind, it moves into your lower back and upper back, soothing gently up and down the full length of your back and neck, cooling you with that beautiful healing colour which you have picked for you. And it moves upwards into your chest, into your stomach where it relaxes all the little muscles in your upper chest and stomach. And you can take deep breaths in and out through the stomach. as that healing light relaxes the muscles and moves into your breath in and out, and you breathe in the cooling colour into your nose, and then you exhale the heat within your body outward, and with each time you feel relaxed,
