Close your eyes. And rest your hands. Gently on your lap. Or by your sigh. Or wherever they feel the most comfortable.
What breathing techniques help calm the mind and body at the start?
Take your time. And ease into the bed. You will be relaxing your mind. And you will be relaxing your body. So begin to relax your mind. And begin to relax your body. As this place is a safe place where you can gently go to sleep. And you can enjoy this. Take a long Deep breath in. And then a long breath out. Make sure you take A slow Deep breath in. Relax. face and let it breathe out. As you move your stomach, muscles in. To breathe in. And relax them to breathe out.
By taking long breaths out. You trick it. Your nervous system to relax. And in turn. It will help you relax.
Continue to take a few more breaths. And your own pace. And as you relax into your breath. You feel lighter. And more grounded. on your entire being. As you know, you will soon drift off. To sleep feeling calm and relaxed. Just how you want to be in this moment. Relax your shoulders. And allow your whole body. The software. As you inhale. Feel yourself breathing in relaxation. And as you exhale. Feel yourself breathing out any tension in your body. And as you breathe from the top of your head. Down to the bottom of your feet. Feel all your muscles relaxing. And detencing. Any tension or stiffness you have. Just let go. Relax your brow.
How do I identify and acknowledge the worries and stress I’m holding?
Arise. Your eyelids. Your jaw. and make sure any tension is gone. As just the muscles. Support. Your body. Without any excess tension in them.
Acknowledge any random thoughts that come into your mind. Or any sounds you might hear. And let them go. As you know that having these thoughts is It's just a precursor to relaxation. And bring your attention back to your breath. As you feel yourself breathing in. And uh See yourself melting. Into relaxation. Feel self going deeper. into relaxation. Feel yourself drifting. It relaxation. Feel yourself floating. Interlaxation. And feel yourself sinking deep. Into relaxation.
Remember But your thoughts Annoy your enemy. If you have any rising thoughts, Acknowledge them. And just let them go. As soon as they come to you. They can drift off. As you come back to your breath.
