In this episode, Hannah opened up in a way we hadn’t really heard before, shared what was going on behind the scenes during and after The Bachelorette, and how everything started catching up to her physically and emotionally. She talked about the health struggles that left her feeling inflamed, exhausted, and honestly not like herself, along with her diagnoses of PCOS and high histamine levels, and how stress was playing a much bigger role than she realized. We also got into her experience on Special Forces, how it completely shifted the way she sees her strength, and the bigger realization that came out of it… that she was more comfortable in chaos than in peace.
