Maria met Wendy at this little, organic cafe in Connecticut where she told Maria how listening to our podcast, #BetterTogetherWithMaria helped her to avert major surgeries and to navigate what seemed like a hopeless health crisis. Extremely honored to be approached by Wendy and hearing how tuning in to us weekly so dramatically improved her situation, Maria had Wendy come on the show to tell us about her struggle with a colitis diagnosis and how the podcast helped her recover and stay healthy.
