In todays workshop, we will be looking at ways to remove energy blocks. We will discuss where these blocks may occur and what a block looks like, what may have caused the blocks and what we can do to open them up to allow energy to flow freely through the body.We will also be looking at each of the 7 chakras and describing what they look like.
