It's almost uh have you ever read like a newspaper with like a public editor column where they like answer for their editorial decisions and they explain their processes for like vetting sources or or naming or not naming anonymous sources or how they l do p photo layout, like things that are editorial tutorial decisions that are in the public interest to know. We um made that that's the debut of the Game Day Tweets public editor column. Uh little peek behind the scenes. I think I yeah.
No, it's funny, like I think Shams and I probably have so many at this point, like unwritten rules, but like just things we know, like this is definitely not something we retweet, this is just something we retweet. And I feel like you know it's so like subconscious at this point. You know, like the difference between when two goalies are listed in the line combos. We know don't retweet that as a goalie start just by assuming the top goalie listed is gonna be the starting goalie. But if only one goalie is listed, then sometimes we do tweet that. You know, we have Little rules like that. I don't know how we've landed on them, but I think it's b become a pretty reliable place. I feel like w whatever we're doing, it's pretty rare that we spread misinformation.
So I'm happy about that. Uh but we're not here to promote game day tweets dot com though. It is a free website that you can check out that we make no money from. I was chatting with Sham, so I had another behind the scenes conversation as we're talking about should we try to make some money off this thing at some point. So I don't know. I was thinking maybe a Patreon or an ad. An ad would be the best. Like a nice, tasteful, you know, not Google ads, things popping up all over, but like some sponsor comes to us. Like a banner ads like
an old school banner
ad. Or even the logo can be like game day tweets brought to you by Puckpedia. You know, and then it's like their logos in the logo. And it's like they pay us whatever. How much do you get for something like that? How much should I ask for? I wouldn't even know what to ask for. If they were like, what do you want for it to be g puck PPS and B tweets? A month or forever? Uh I was I don't know. A year? Thousand dollars a year? It's probably a good good deal.
I don't know. I think you'd want to see like what the AdSense revenue would be.
