One of the preview events I went to was for the new Riot card game, Riftbound. The embargo is up now, but I can't talk about much. There's multiple embargoes. embargo right now though i can just talk about it very broadly so i'm actually not going to go that deep into it i just want to reveal this box that they gave me on the way out which is for like in a box the rift bag it's a box it's a box but it looks like a book it's a book wow um it says riftbound league of legends pre-launch summit that's the thing i went to was the summit right inside they gave me four trial decks okay for riftbound
Now, like I mentioned before, Riftbound is Riot's new card game. It's based off of League of Legends. It's kind of their attempt slash, I think, second attempt at a TCG, a trading card game. And going there last week, I thought it was going to be straight up like, okay, you guys are making a match at the Gathering. Like, I've seen the videos. Like, you guys have the mana that you spend to then play creatures and do all that stuff. All right, cool. I know what this is. Getting my hands on this, I was very, very impressed by how new and fresh this felt. And I say that as somebody who I've not played every TCG, obviously, right?
