Yeah, I was just at, obviously, we're at MOP Austin, Austin Pickle Ranch, which is an independently operated club. Yeah, and I was talking to the owner, Tim Klitsch, as you know. You know Tim Klitsch. And I think that they're constantly, constantly making adjustments to things. They're constantly making adjustments to membership. They're constantly making adjustments to layout, to programs, to all these things. And that's because it's kind of a trial and error thing where... have you go to club pickleball mastermind.
